Public Dates

Miniature train rides for all the family at the KDMES railway track at Marley Activity and Coaching Centre, Keighley. Public running days on every 3rd Sunday in the month April to October. On Sunday dates the trains run from approx 12:00 to approx 16:00

Public running for 2025

  • April 20th - Easter Sunday
  • May 4th - KDMES 75th Anniversary Event
  • May 18th
  • June 15th
  • July 20th
  • August 17th
  • September 6th (With Keighley Show) The event is at the same time as Keighley show and you will have to negotiate at the car park entrance if you only want to visit the railway.
  • September 21st
  • October 19th
  • December between Christmas and New Year - Sat December 27th - approx 11:00 to approx 03:00 - 'Mince Pie Special'

Train tickets at Sunday events, £1 each. 10 and 5 ride tickets available at discount

1 trip is two times round our track, giving a ride of nearly 1/2 mile

Please note that trains are subject to weather. Although every effort will be made, we cannot guarantee that trains will be run on the above dates
